Aims
The Aims of the course are to give delegates an insight into the requirements and essential aspects of maintenance planning that enable the economic management of maintenance, to an audience who are otherwise unfamiliar with many aspects of basic planning.
It includes elements on requirements, methodology of maintenance planning, performance management and organizational issues.
Objectives
After this course delegates will:
- Have a comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of planning in the work place.
- Be able to apply planning principles in most aspects of maintenance planning
- Leave with an appreciation of maintenance planning and it's regulatory and legal requirements
